Nastya is the Operations Manager at Convergent Research. She supports the administration and daily operational activities for the team, helping processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Prior to Convergent Research, Nastya was a Chief of Staff and project manager at the EdTech startup (aka “Russian Coursera”). It was there that she discovered her passion for bringing order to chaos, coordinating projects, and developing efficient processes to drive team and project success. Before that, she had considered becoming a neuroscientist and was working on the bio-inspired artificial neuronal network which replicates a semantic system of the brain.
