Kait is the Head of People at Convergent Research, where she aligns people and talent strategies internally and for each FRO.  

Prior to joining CR, Kait worked as employment law attorney at several large law firms before pivoting in-house to scale people operations at organizations across tech sectors. She has a JD, an MA in History, and is working on an MS in Clinical Research.

Kait lives in Philadelphia, PA, with her scientist husband, two teenagers, and three rescue dogs. When not hiking the trails of the beautiful Wissahickon, she can often be found beekeeping, taking classes at the local circus arts school, or riding her cantankerous ’79 BMW R100 motorcycle sidecar rig.
